“We booked 3 rooms at Polynesian for a family vacation not knowing they had closed. In a pinch for a place to stay, I remembered that I was first looking at The Blackhawk motel. We drove there and, lucky for us, they had 3 rooms available. The rooms were all great! Ours had a kitchenette, which was very convenient. The rooms and parking lots were all very clean and kept up. The service was amazing. Two of us accidentally locked ourselves out of our rooms and they verified who we were and gave us the spare key to get back into our rooms with a smile on their face! The beds were comfortable, showers were good, and we didn't hear anything from the room next door or outside. The pool and hot tub were also well kept and relaxing. After our stay, our whole family ranging in ages from 25 to 82 were raving about how great this hotel was. And the rates on the rooms couldn't be beat. Not one bad thing to say about this hotel. Definitely will be staying there again!!!!”
